Molly Malone Tutorial

Molly Malone, also known as Cockles and Mussels or In Dublin’s Fair City is a very popular street ballad of old apparently based on the life of a fishwife named Molly Malone who plied her trade on the streets of Dublin to earn her living and who died young of the fever. We are not sure as to whether there ever was a Molly Malone but a statue of herself and her cart can be seen on Suffolk Street in Dublin City. Molly Malone is great beginner level piece for Irish traditional Piano Accordion. In this tutorial I will take you through it step by step.
